Frequently Asked Questions
Packing List, Dining and More

Q : Should I bring any food or supplies?

A: YES it's a good idea to be prepared there are also many things you can't find here in cabo pulmo that you will find in San Jose or La Ribera. To get to the big market just south of the airport - turn south (right) on Mex Hwy 1 as you leave the airport. You are now headed towards San Jose and San Lucas. Go 6.1 km from the airport. Turn left at the BIG Pemex (the only national chain) gas station. Just prior to the gas station, there is a small shopping center- Supermercado Plaza. They take $US and Credit Cards. Buy ice for a cooler/cardboard box to transport. The water in Cabo Pulmo is safe to drink! wine and booze can be purchased at the gringo market or a market just outside of La Ribera - but NOT in Cabo Pulmo. You will however be able to Purchance beer from the Caballero Restaurant. (see village map)
